Fifty, Shady and Very Grey by T Wyld

This book of dedicated poems was written to raise money and awareness for 'Tamblyn Way', the stairway from the cliffs at Droskyn cliffs down to Perranporth beach (Cornwall), which was in danger of being left to rot away into oblivion due to safety worries and an apparent lack of funds to repair them.
This was our first collaborative book organised, compiled and published within 2 months. It was great fun working with other writers and campaigners and, although the Parish Council could not be swayed, we certainly managed to give them food for thought! All the money raised was instead donated to the Esmee Polmear fund for defibrillators at Perranporth school follwing her tragic death.
